Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - BCBA Job Description
Twin Lakes is a multi-specialty behavioral health center in Leitchfield, Kentucky that focuses on helping families and individuals to reach their fullest potential. There is a great need for ABA services and to meet that need the ABA branch was established, due to the need in the community Twin Lakes is looking for a motivated, passionate BCBA to join the team to oversee cases. Twin Lakes provides services in client’s homes and in school, and as the program grows a center setting will be established.
- Perform initial assessments and client intakes
- Create, maintain, oversee individualized treatment plans for clients
- Monitor program progress with data collection and record maintenance
- Provide supervision to RBTs
- Provide fieldwork supervision for RBTs in ABA coursework
- Perform competency assessments of RBTs
- Conduct VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, ALFS, or other curriculum assessments
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with parents/guardians providing parent training
- Work together as a team with client’s IEP teams
- Perform duties as assigned
Qualifications
- In-person is preferred, may consider remote if BCBA lives in Kentucky and available to travel as needed.
- Licensed in Kentucky (required)
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- CPR/BLS (required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
