Position Overview: We seek a dynamic and culturally aligned General Manager/Vice President to lead A&I Parts Center into its next growth phase. Reporting to the President and the Board of Directors, the Operations Manager will be responsible for the company's overall strategic, operational, and financial performance. The successful candidate will be mentored and trained by the Chairman of the Board. While experience is valuable, we prioritize cultural fit and alignment with our company's values and practices. Key Responsibilities: • Leadership and Supervision: o Provide strategic direction and leadership across all departments, including store managers, sales, purchasing, warehouse, and finance. o Foster a positive and collaborative company culture, ensuring all employees are aligned with the A&I Parts way. • Strategic Planning and Execution: o Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to achieve company goals. o Ensure the successful implementation of strategic and tactical priorities established with the board of directors. • Financial Oversight: o Oversee the company’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. o Ensure financial health by managing costs, revenues, and profitability. • Customer and Employee Relations: o Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. o Support and assist in all hiring and firing decisions to build a high-performing team. • Operational Management: o Travel to various store locations to ensure operations run smoothly and engage with employees and customers. o Address and resolve operational issues and challenges promptly and effectively. • Reporting and Communication: o Communicate regularly with the board of directors, providing updates on business performance, challenges, and opportunities. o Ensure transparent and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
