Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Partner Success Manager to join our fast-growing marketing agency that helps the US top-ranked real estate teams with their YouTube, email marketing, and social media. Your role is to provide exceptional project management and quality control. This critical role coordinates between clients and our fulfillment team to ensure flawless execution.

Core Responsibilities
- Project Management : Organize client projects and requests in Asana. Ensure all relevant information is provided to the fulfillment team. Track progress and proactively communicate with clients on timelines and milestones.
- Quality Control : Thoroughly review all client deliverables, including videos, graphics, and written content, before delivery. Check for any errors, inconsistencies, or areas needing improvement.
- Client Communication : Address client queries promptly, politely & professionally via email / chat. Keep clients updated on project status, changes, or delays. Schedule and calendar client calls.
- Organization : Maintain meticulously detailed notes and project information in Notion. Ensure teammates have access to all relevant client details needed to fulfill requests.
- Attention to Detail : Review details thoroughly and accurately. Proactively identify any issues, no matter how small, before client delivery.
