Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information while ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist existing customers as well as new customers
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve overall customer service processes.
- Utilize office software and tools to manage customer interactions and streamline operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to company policies.
Skills
- Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate various software applications efficiently.
