We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Broker Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and supporting new insurance agents, ensuring they have the resources and training needed to succeed. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our agent network and ensuring they’re set up for success from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Actively source, screen, and recruit talented individuals to join our network of health insurance agents.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process, including orientation, training, and necessary certifications.
- Agent Training: Provide training for agents to learn the products.
- Agent Support: Provide ongoing support to new agents, answering questions, resolving concerns, and helping them navigate their careers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and training teams to develop effective recruitment strategies and educational materials for new agents.
- Compliance: Ensure all agents are compliant with company policies, licensing requirements, and industry regulations.
- Retention: Develop strategies to engage and retain top-performing agents, helping them grow their businesses within our network.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build relationships with potential recruits and new agents.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of health insurance products, regulations, and licensing is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
