Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in hospitality management, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food production and kitchen management. This role requires a hands-on approach to supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
• Oversee food preparation and production, maintaining quality standards and safety protocols.
• Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
• Utilize Aloha POS for cash handling and transaction processing.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster a positive work environment.
• Implement best practices in kitchen management to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the establishment.

Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
• Proficiency in cash handling and familiarity with Aloha POS systems.
• Knowledge of inventory control processes and food production standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in food preparation and kitchen management is highly desirable.
