What are the responsibilities and job description for the PART-TIME Overnight Packer/Dishwasher position at A&J King Artisan Bakers, LLC?
We are hiring for our overnight dishwasher/packing team. A&J King Artisan Bakers is looking for a combination overnight delivery packer and dishwasher to work at our production facility in Salem. Applicants must be able to do both packing and dishing duties as assigned each night. We're a family owned, award-winning, 18.5-year old bakery that is looking for reliable third shift help. Great for night owls and workers looking for off-hours employment.

JOB DUTIES:
- Assist in packing, consolidation, and organization of product going out for delivery
-Slice breads and bag up product for wholesale
- Wash/rinse/sanitize baking pans, small wares, and equipment
- Assist in packing, consolidation, and organization of product going out for delivery
- Tidy up, sweep, clean, mop at end of shift
This is an on your feet job and some heavy lifting is required up to 50 pounds.
DAYS/HOURS:
- 3 shifts per week: Sunday Monday Tuesday
-Applicants ideally have flexibility to sub in for other shifts on ocassion.
- Shifts run 10pm - 4:30am-6 am - this is an OVERNIGHT shift. Some shifts finish earlier than others, especially in the busy versus the slower season.
-20 -24 hours a week.
COMPENSATION: All employees are paid a base wage (no less than minimum wage) and and additional bonus per paycheck which varies depending on how busy the bakery is. Right now, that bonus averages adding an additional $3.50 per hour to each employee's paycheck. So, for example, employees making $16 per hour are taking home around $19.50 per hour.
