A.J. LeBlanc Heating, Inc. (HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical) has provided HVAC installation & service to our customers for over 97 years. We are searching for a team player with a positive attitude to join and support our Dispatch / Office / Customer Service Team.
A background in telephone-generated Customer Service experience is required. The chosen candidate will possess a high level of organizational, strong communication and strong computer skills and be proficient with office processes, protocols and procedures. This position requires a person with a pleasant phone demeanor and ability to take direction and work well with others in a fast-paced office setting. Having a geographical understanding of the Southern New Hampshire area is very helpful.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Answers a high volume of customer's calls and responds to their inquiries in a quick and courteous manner
- Preferred schedule is 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
· Works closely and cohesively with all team members (including Office and Field personnel) to provide the best service to our customers
· Reviews Daily and Weekly Schedules of the Department’s Technicians to ensure that our Customers are being scheduled in a timely manner
· Responds to Customer’s emergency calls and relays information to Field Technicians
· Accurately conveys information about our services and products to customers
· Secures accurate information about customer demographics and needs and enters data into the Company's data base.
· Responds to emails utilizing Microsoft Outlook
· Accurately enters data and maintains daily schedules using Company’s software programs, which include Microsoft 365 among others.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :
o Has outstanding interpersonal skills and has a strong desire to work within a team
o Works well in a high-stress and fast-paced environment
o Maintains composure and responds in a courteous, respectful and professional manner to customers and all team members
o Is proactive in all interactions with customers and team members
o Possesses strong customer service skills
o Possesses proficient computer skills with experience Microsoft 365
o Is a team player with a positive attitude
o Prior experience in the HVAC industry or has a willingness to learn about the HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning), Plumbing and Electrical fields
o Quick learner with software and office procedures
§ Minimum of one year of administrative/office experience in an office environment is required
§ High School Diploma required
