A&J Mobility is Wisconsin’s Leading Provider of Automotive Wheelchair Accessibility Solutions, stocking the largest inventory of accessible vehicles and we are looking for a Regional Automotive Sales Manager to join our Team.
We are looking for a motivated individual with a solid track record to oversee the our Sales Team. The right candidate will continue to position us as the #1 option in our market. As with all positions within our dealership, Regional Automotive Sales Manager is expected to ensure their team upholds the highest level of ethical standard while delivering the best-in-class customer service and managing the customer need alongside the company goals.
Core Responsibilities
- Be the face and voice of our Sales Team
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with Vendors and Customers
- Hire, Mentor, Motivate and Lead our Sales Team in reaching sales metrics
- Monthly forecasts with Sales Team to establish sales objectives, time utilization, prospecting efforts, unit sales and projected income
- Integral part of Leadership Team, ability to cross-collaborate
- Assist in identifying and procuring used commercial inventory
- Price commercial product offerings to assure sufficient gross profit, aiding the dealership in reaching its sales / profit objectives
- Facilitate New Vehicle pre-delivery with Service and Parts Manager
- Provide short-term backup for absent or vacant Sales Team Members
- Maintain strong customer follow up with clients
Key Qualifications
- College Degree and/or related B2B sales experience
- 3 – 5 years’ management experience
- Previous Automotive experience is a plus
- Proven track record of strong closure rate
- Strong leadership skills along with superior communication skills, including effective listening are necessary
- High-level of organization is key to achieving success in this role
- Clean driving record
- Personable attitude / desire to help

Ability to commute/relocate: Minimal, but regular travel required.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
