We have an immediate need for a FULL TIME Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher. The working schedule is approximately 30-40 hours per week and the two shifts are 7 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m. and / or 10 : 00 a.m. to 6 : 00 p.m. with mandatory rotating weekends.
The responsibilities for this position include :
Answering multi-line telephone system
Keeping data and records up to date including spreadsheet information
Dispatching service technicians using a GPS software program
Assist with general office and administrative functions including (but not limited to) filing, faxing.
A team member who is responsible, self-starter, family oriented and can operate in a fast-paced environment.
Providing friendly services to customers & company employees
FULL TIME
No Major Holidays or After-hours
