Applicants should possess a strong background in automotive repair and/or transmission R&R, and automotive maintenance, with expertise in diagnostics. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of vehicle performance and safety. The ideal candidate should:

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various vehicles.
- Be comfortable with earning flag hours, as your weekly salary is reflected by hours flagged, knowing there's the opportunity for you to earn 40 hours weekly, if you have the desire to work & stay busy.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot automotive issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Conduct auto repairs and alignments to restore vehicles to optimal condition.
- Maintain and repair automotive electrical systems, ensuring all components function correctly.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively during repair processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in automotive repair.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic with a strong understanding of vehicle systems.
- Proficiency in auto engine repair and automotive diagnostics.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, when necessary.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in diagnosing issues.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Must possess your own necessary hand & power tools for completing various automotive repair tasks.
