Role Overview

The Territory Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing assigned territory by developing new business opportunities and enhancing existing ones. This role requires a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and growing assigned territory by developing new business opportunities and enhancing existing ones
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with current and prospective customers
  • Initiating sales processes through cold-calling and building relationships
  • Contribution to the company's reputation by providing exceptional customer service and support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess 1-2 years of relevant sales experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. You should also have a post-secondary degree and demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset with a consultative sales approach.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints and drawings
  • Results-oriented with ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software
