WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for us, you will be the voice of our company! You get to provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. You must have a positive, friendly disposition that comes through in all your interactions by phone and in person. Your primary responsibilities will be to answer phones, make outbound calls, schedule and confirm appointments, enter purchase orders, and process invoices. There will always be a variety of office tasks that you can help with, including keeping the office clean and organized.
