As the Plumbing and Heating Service Manager, you will oversee and manage all service operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of technicians, coordinating service schedules, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of plumbing and heating technicians.

• Schedule and dispatch service calls to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

• Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated with the latest industry standards and best practices.

• Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are available.

• Maintain detailed records of service activities, including job orders, maintenance logs, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Service Manager or in a similar role within the plumbing and heating industry.

• Valid plumbing and heating certification (if applicable).
