What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Construction Project Superintendent position at A&K Construction?
MUST HAVE 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS SUPERINTENDENT.
A&K Construction is looking for a hardworking and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Project Field Superintendent. To qualify you must have a minimum of 7-10 years construction experience in the field, at least 5 years of which serving in the capacity as job-site superintendent. As Project Superintendent you would be responsible for running all aspects of the job and job site in the field, including but not limited to:
- Supervising all work activities.
- Monitoring all job site safety.
- Coordinating all job site production with PM.
- Scheduling and managing all subcontractors, etc.
- Coordinating material ordering and scheduling.
- Logging Daily progress reports.
- Assuring total quality in all aspects of job site production by expected time of completion.
