As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for programming, operating, and troubleshooting CNC machines, ensuring precision manufacturing of railroad track materials. You’ll read blueprints, interpret G-code, and work with various manual tools to maintain quality and efficiency throughout the production process. This role involves working with 3 and 5-axis CNC machines, requiring a sharp eye for detail and the ability to adapt quickly as priorities shift. The right candidate will bring hands-on experience in CNC machining, a strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team.
Requirements : What You’ll Do :
- Program CNC software, operate machines, and ensure quality production.
- Read and interpret blueprints, G-code, and work orders to execute precise machining.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and adjust machine settings to optimize performance.
- Work in a heavy industrial environment, using manual tools and equipment as needed.
