Duties
- Actively engage with customers on the sales floor and provide expert guidance on vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities.
- Manage inventory effectively by keeping track of stock levels and ensuring that vehicles are presented in an appealing manner.
- Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory management.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote vehicle sales and enhance brand visibility within the community.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall dealership sales goals while providing a seamless customer experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail or automotive sales is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proven experience in outbound or outside sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with customers.
- Familiarity with inventory management practices and software applications related to automotive sales is like DealerTrack, DealerCenter, etc.
- A passion for automobiles and a desire to stay updated on market trends will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
