Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Monitor children's progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Promote social skills through group activities and encourage positive interactions among students.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and classroom activities.
- Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness while ensuring all materials are safe for children.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
Experience
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Previous experience in preschool settings or daycare environments is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
- Experience working with children in various capacities such as nannying, babysitting, or special education is a plus.
- Familiarity with toddler care and infant care practices is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues.
