As a Treatment Coordinator you will oversee all treatment plans and act as a liaison between the practice and insurance companies. You will monitor Accounts Receivable and help maintain accounts in good standing. A treatment coordinator must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities include:
- Obtain and update insurance breakdown of benefits
- Review and enter insurance payments
- Balance payment records
- Maintain patient insurance benefit profiles
- Review and manage financial agreements
- Maintain AR under set goal
- Assist in all front office duties including scheduling and treatment planning
Requirements/Competencies
- Bilingual preferred
- Billing experience is a requirement..
- Knowledge of dental procedures preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- General knowledge of proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Effective verbal skills to communicate with patients, parents, doctors, and staff, in person and on the telephone.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once.
- Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a team setting.
