Job Description
- Schedule: Monday to Friday plus weekends as needed for cases that range from 4am-8pm, 5am-9pm or 6am-10pm
- Client Profile: The client is alert, oriented, and ambulatory but is at a high fall risk, requiring a rollator. Assistance is needed with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), and medication reminders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with bathing, grooming, meal preparation, ambulation, and more
- Provide emotional and social support
- Offer clear communication to nurses regarding patient conditions
- Ensure the client’s safety and well-being while promoting independence where possible
What We’re Looking For:
- A valid NA or PCA certificate or willingness to complete the PCA course
- Must pass a background check
- Reliable transportation
- An operable smartphone for the VA-required EVV clock-in system
- Strong organizational skills and a passion for exceptional customer service and communication
