Description
A.L. Hansen Mfg. Co., an ISO 9001 certified company, is a leading manufacturer in the commercial hardware industry located in Waukegan is currently seeking a full time Customer Service Representative.
Requirements
Respond to customers and outside sales reps inquiries or complaints regarding company’s products
· Data entry of orders
· Generate sales quotes using information from customers
· Follow up on sales inquiries
· Produce reports using various software
· Back up the receptionist
Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements
Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
· The ability to take direction, work independently, and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast paced and potentially stressful environment
· Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and attentively.
· Strong attention to detail
· Excellent time management and problem solving skills
· Knowledge of PC applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Teams and Outlook
