Position: In-Home Sales / Comfort Consultant
Pay Scale: Base Commission spiffs. Total target minimum compensation $100,000 per year.
Works Schedule: Monday through Friday with some weekend appointments
Work Hours: Work hours will vary based upon scheduling needs of customer, presentation times and seasonality. The Comfort Consultant may regulate their own work hours accordingly.
What you will be doing:
- Meeting with customers in their homes
- Professionally advise homeowners in determining the correct heating and cooling systems that offers the best solution to fit their needs
- Educating customers on HVAC equipment and in-door air quality products
- Clear and concise communication with company's customers and employees
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales and installation process
- Hands on training on sales process and equipment
- Build long-term successful client relationships
Qualifications:
- Comfortable working directly with consumers in their homes
- 2 years consultative sales experience
- Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds, climbing a 12" ladder and working in tight spaces (attics)
- Time management, organization, and presentation skills
- Sales pipeline management skills
- Strong interpersonal & follow up skills
- In-home sales experience desired, we will train
- HVAC or similar industry experienced desired
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Desire to earn $150K
