Seeking RN for caseload in Ironton area.
RN completes skilled nursing visits based on MD plan of care, Coordinates with RN and Senior Nurse Advisor. RN completes Recertifications, Resumption of care, Admissions, provides education, medication management, wound care and other skilled services. Travel time pay is included from patient to patient.
Rotating weekly call schedule.
Pay is hourly Or per visit.
