- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Assist with mobility and transportation needs, ensuring safety at all times.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation regarding client care and progress.
- Observe and report any significant changes in the client's condition or behavior to healthcare professionals.
- Support clients with catheter care and other specialized medical needs as required.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Experience
- Previous experience in long-term care or senior care settings is preferred.
