We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance.
- Assist clients with meal preparation and cooking nutritious meals tailored to their dietary needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Document patient observations and report any changes in health or behavior to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive patient information.
- Support clients with mobility and physical activities as needed.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
- Work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities, providing tailored care as required.
Experience
- Previous experience in caregiving or senior care is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with medical documentation practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of patient observation techniques is beneficial.
- Experience working in nursing homes or similar environments is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
