Job Summary
As our RV Service Manager, you’ll oversee a skilled team including Service Advisors, Parts Advisors, Technicians, Lot Porters, and Detail staff at our flat-rate shop. Your key focus will be driving efficiency and productivity, particularly by motivating Technicians to maximize output while maintaining quality. You’ll coordinate workflows, ensure top-notch customer service, and manage resources effectively to keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the RV service department, ensuring high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot automotive issues, utilizing mechanical knowledge and hand tools.
- Manage service technicians, providing guidance on complex repairs and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain customer service excellence by addressing client concerns and providing timely updates on vehicle status.
- Ensure proper documentation of all services performed and parts used, while fostering a collaborative team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
