Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand competitive positioning.
• Utilize phone etiquette to engage potential customers and present products or services effectively.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability for clients.
• Negotiate terms of sales agreements and contracts with clients.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for outside sales initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using relevant software tools.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in outside sales or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
• Familiarity with inventory management practices is preferred.
• Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.
• Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges in the sales process.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
