Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Morning Baker to join our team. This role focuses on preparing our selection of viennoiserie and petit gâteaux with precision and consistency while ensuring a seamless start to our retail operations. It's a fantastic opportunity to enhance your baking expertise and provide outstanding customer service in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Baking & Kitchen Responsibilities:
- Bake viennoiserie and other pastries to meet our high-quality standards. Set up the petit gâteaux and macaron cases for the retail opening.
- Assist in fulfilling and packaging pre-orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
- Follow recipes meticulously to ensure consistent flavor, texture, and presentation.
- Greet customers warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Operate the POS system to successfully process customer transactions.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to the A LA FOLIE management team.
- Stay informed about new products and services to better assist customers.
