Position Requirements
-Unrestricted driver’s license
-Ability to drive truck and trailers
-Reliable transportation to and from work
-Ability to lift 50 pounds
-Ability to work in inclement weather conditions when required
-Ability to perform labor intensive tasks
-Ability to work 8-10 hour days, some evenings and overtime
-Ability to work in a team environment
-Ability to follow directions
-Minimum of 2 years experience with troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues on sprinkler systems and conducting proper repairs.
-Minimum of 2 years experience installing new sprinkler systems, operating underground equipment for installing pipe.
-Must be a self starter
-Willingness to learn new skills
Preferred Skills/Experience
-Experience in commercial snow removal and ice management
-Experience with installing new landscapes
-Experience managing other employees on a daily basis
-MDOT physical card
-Light electrical experiance
Primary Responsibilities
-Ensure all work meets A ’s quality standards
-Sprinkler start ups and blow outs
-Troubleshoot and install sprinkler components
-Ensure work trucks and equipment stay clean and organized
-Perform operator level maintenance on equipment used
-Comply with all policies and safety protocols
-Train and mentor employees under your supervision
-Inspect quality of work performed by others
-Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
