- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records of communications.
- Communicate product features and benefits effectively to potential customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in technology to better serve clients' needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technology sales or technical sales is preferred.
- Strong telemarketing skills with a demonstrated ability to engage prospects effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in using FieldRoutes software for managing customer relationships.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
