Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Applicator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lawn care, pest control, and landscape maintenance. This role involves applying various treatments and products to ensure the health and aesthetics of outdoor spaces. The Applicator will utilize both hand tools and power tools, operate farm machinery, and engage in sales activities to promote our services.
Responsibilities
- Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers according to safety regulations and company standards.
- Operate farm machinery and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Conduct lawn care services including mowing, trimming, and weed control.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Drive to client locations to provide on-site services while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Assist in pest control measures by identifying infestations and recommending appropriate treatments.
- Engage with customers to explain services offered and promote additional sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and products used for each client.
Qualifications
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery is essential.
- Knowledge of pest control methods and lawn care practices is preferred.
- Previous experience in landscaping or agricultural settings is a plus.
- Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction and sales engagement.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various outdoor conditions.
- Valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
