Position Summary
Provides quality and timely service to the customer through the recruitment, training and supervision of 10-12 lawn care technicians. Provides effective coaching and development of field staff so that they may positively impact customer retention through exceeding customer expectations.
Primary Duties
- Responsible for supervision of spray techs’ performance and daily job instruction, application, and production results
- Maintains and oversees accurate records of crew paperwork, material loading, product orders, scheduled time, etc. and reports information to the spray business developer on a timely basis
- Reviews and understands paperwork, invoices, and details to determine product, equipment, skill, and time requirements for applications
- Verifies the timely arrival of materials to A or jobsites to facilitate quality and efficient applications
- Responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment needed for applications
- Train and supervise employees under his/her direction
- Daily site visits to each crew
- Customer communications courteous
- Promote Safety
- Provide leadership
- Take responsibility for you and your crews actions
- Gain and expand a thorough working knowledge of spray materials
- Follow and enforce company policy

Job requirements
- To be available for work Monday through Saturday, as scheduled, and be flexible with hours worked as required by seasonal schedule and weather conditions
- Ability to operate and maintain spray equipment
- Ability to manage crew personnel and delegate tasks
- Have a valid DL and be able to operate large trucks, equipment, and trailers
- Have good written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to troubleshoot issues as they arise and evaluate priorities of job routines
- B.S. in Agronomy/Agriculture with a Turf Grass focus

Pay: $720.00 - $1,000.00 per week
