Construction/Crushing Laborer
A. Lindberg & Sons Inc. seeks to fill several full-time openings for Laborers in Aggregate Crushing Operations, Civil Construction, and Earthwork Projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining crushing and washing operations, grade checking, pipelaying, landscaping , etc.
- Operate and maintain various handheld power tools
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to learn, follow, and promote all company safety policies as well as OSHA, MIOSHA, and MSHA regulations.
- Work as part of a team and follow directions from the foreman
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite, trailer, equipment, etc.
- May assist other craft workers
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license (CDL's are a plus)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to work long hours performing repetitive movements. Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of 40 pounds etc.)
- Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required and work long hours, 5-6 days per week.
- Ability to work in all environmental conditions for 10 or more hours a day.
- Good work ethic, punctual and alert.
- Must be a member of respective trade union or willing to join.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
