We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to take on a challenging role that offers a mix of financial and HR duties.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, distributor accounts and other transactions.
- Prepare and review financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements
- Manage and maintain the company's accounting software, including Quickbooks.
- Provide administrative support to the office, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and responding to emails.
- Assist with preparing and distributing company documents and correspondence.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Manage and coordinate office supplies and equipment.
- Perform double-entry bookkeeping and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive demeanor at all times.
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in financial concepts, including budgeting and accounting principles.
- Experience with double-entry bookkeeping and financial report writing.
- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records of financial transactions.
- Experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Familiarity with Quickbooks accounting software.
- Experience as an administrative clerk or in a similar role.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
