The pay for this position is $18.00-$19.50 per hour. Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
Job Responsibilities
- Respond, either verbally or in writing, to select inquiries from intra and inter-departmental units, outside entities, and adults/family/collaterals. Provide input on draft policy and procedure.
- Maintenance of caseloads involving APS cases that require long-term funding and intensive case work.
- Investigative activities including telephone calls to collateral contacts.
- Research and coordination across program offices to remove barriers and identify services and options for complex cases.
Requirements
- One (2) year of professional experience in human services, sociology, public health, healthcare services, or healthcare insurance programs; and a bachelor's degree in Human Services or Education Field.
Salary : $18 - $20
