Senior Graphic Designer Compensation
The pay for this position is negotiable based on experience
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Senior Graphic Designer Highlights
Hybrid Schedule – 4 days per week onsite in Meridian, ID, Remote work on Fridays!
Will work 8-hour shift Monday – Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm MST
Senior Graphic Designer Responsibilities
The Graphic Designer will report to GCM Studio's Creative Director but will also collaborate and communicate frequently with colleagues among the broader GCM organization as well as with clients and stakeholders across different business units.
Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
Work with a wide range of media using specialized graphic design software
Communicate with senior team members to receive and implement feedback
Liaise with project managers to ensure deadlines are met
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools including generative AI tools
Review final productions for errors and ensure that final work reflects client specifications
Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media types
Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards social media competitive landscape and market trends
Prepare images to coincide with social and blog posts
Senior Graphic Designer Requirements
10 years of experience in graphic design with a Portfolio of past work with proven skills in conceptual development
Bachelor's degree or higher in graphic design or a related field
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and in Microsoft applications such as Word PowerPoint and Teams and comfortable working in online project management platforms such as Workfront
The ideal candidate is both a self-starter and a team player with extensive knowledge of brand guidelines and how these guidelines contribute to the overall perception of a company's brand in a competitive global marketplace.
Proven experience in graphic design across a wide variety of print and electronic media and mastery of related software applications and techniques is essential for this position as is the ability to present and defend your work to clients stakeholders and peers.
Data mining / Data reporting experience
Solid understanding of marketing production website design corporate identity advertisement and multimedia design
