Analyst, Clinical Operations Compensation
- The pay for this position is 35.00 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Analyst, Clinical Operations Highlights
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Analyst, Clinical Operations Responsibilities
· Training Delivery: Conduct effective, on-site training for clinical and supply chain users at all levels within healthcare facilities.
· Needs Assessment & Customization: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assess training needs and create tailored training plans that address specific customer requirements and project goals.
· Change Management: Consult on change management strategies and assist healthcare staff in adopting new systems and processes.
· Project Coordination: Coordinate training schedules and activities at customer sites with other Cardinal/WaveMark teams to ensure user adoption and project success.
· Organizational Effectiveness: Support the optimization of supply chain operations and training practices, leveraging internal and external expertise for continuous improvement.
· Quality Assurance: Establish and communicate schedules and performance standards for quality training services, ensuring smooth and effective training outcomes
Analyst, Clinical Operations Requirements
- Willingness to travel up to 100%, primarily within the DC and Baltimore areas with occasional out-of-state travel.
- An undergraduate degree is preferred; advanced education in training, business, or a related field is a plus.
- 4-6 years of experience in training delivery, software training, or technical training.
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
- Graduation from high school or equivalent.
