Job Title : Assembly Technician

Pay Rate : $18.20 / hour

Shift : Monday Friday, 7 : 00 AM 3 : 30 PM

Contract Type : Contract-to-Hire

Background Check : Must be completed and cleared before start date

Position Overview

Seeking an Assembly Technician to perform various production processes, including wiring, component installation, cable assembly, and unit assembly, ensuring delivery of quality finished products to customers. Requires strong attention to detail, adaptability, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble fabricated parts and complete units at floor stations as required.
• Perform wiring, component installation, cable assembly, and other production processes.
• Ensure product meets dimensional specifications.
• Conduct functional testing and quality assurance audits.
• Test, calibrate, and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and specifications.
• Support engineers with design, testing, fabrication, and assembly of electro-mechanical systems.
• Read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings and pneumatic schematics.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Skills Requirements

Manufacturing assembly or related industry experience preferred.

Ability to work from charts, diagrams, drafts, or written / verbal instructions.

Strong communication (verbal and written).
