Key responsibilities include balancing service requests and sales opportunities, providing subject matter expertise on financial solutions, understanding clients’ life and financial goals through probing questions, and pairing tailored solutions and services to meet client needs.Client Solutions Specialist Schedule & Location : Schedule : Flexible schedule with weekends and holidays required.Location : Call center environment.
