NOW HIRING!! A-Line is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Healthcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing interdisciplinary services focused on the integration of behavioral and biomedical sciences, contributing to the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of clients. This role involves working with clients to develop personalized care plans and providing psychosocial interventions through individual, family, or group therapy.
Key Responsibilities :
Job Title : Behavioral Healthcare Provider
Work Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (8 hours per day within this window, no weekends or holidays) as required
Pay Range : $27 / hr – $30 / hr (Depending on Experience)
Location : Marysville, OH 43040
Position Overview :
- Provide psychosocial interventions with clients, within your scope of practice.
- Offer individual, family, or group counseling sessions, testing, and client education.
- Develop clear intervention goals and objectives aimed at improving client functioning.
- Participate in establishing, implementing, and evaluating treatment systems, goals, and objectives.
- Interview clients and their families to establish case goals and objectives.
- Assess client needs and determine specific intervention techniques.
- Monitor client responses to treatment plans and provide feedback on their effectiveness.
- Evaluate progress and outcomes of prescribed treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation to meet the requirements of federal, state, and local agencies.
- Prepare social histories, admission / aftercare summaries, court documents, and required forms.
- Collaborate with treatment teams and contribute to program development.
- Attend relevant training, intradepartmental meetings, and court hearings as needed.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with other facilities, agencies, and support services for referrals and follow-up care.
- Adhere to departmental regulations, policies, and procedures, as well as governmental rules and regulations.
- Apply counseling skills to address sensitive matters, review technical materials for errors, and take appropriate actions in challenging situations.
- Understand and apply social work theories, principles, and techniques to problem-solving.
Minimum Qualifications :
Required : Must hold one of the following licenses :
Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
Training & Development : Must complete continuing professional education for license renewal, as required by the Ohio Revised Code.
