You will provide exceptional customer service, assist with administrative tasks, and communicate effectively with both patients and clinical staff in both English and Spanish. You’ll help maintain smooth clinic operations while ensuring accurate and timely patient information.Responsibilities : Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.Register patients, schedule appointments, and collect necessary paperwork before examinations.Answer and screen incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate personnel, and relay messages.Update patient demographics and insurance information in the system; collect co-pays and balances.Schedule returning appointments, provide appointment details, and ensure all required documentation is completed.Maintain an organized lobby area and manage patient records with confidentiality and accuracy.Ensure compliance with HIPAA laws, confidentiality guidelines, and office procedures.Perform general administrative support tasks like filing charts, managing forms, and ordering supplies.Utilize bilingual skills to assist Spanish-speaking patients and staff.Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 18 months of front-office medical receptionist experience, including scheduling software and handling insurance forms.Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).Bilingual in English and SpanishAbility to adapt to day-to-day challenges and adjust to shifting priorities.Strong work ethic with a commitment to high standards and quality performance.If you meet these qualifications and are ready to support a healthcare team while delivering excellent patient service in both English and Spanish, we encourage you to apply today!For immediate consideration, please reach out to Andrew at ademoss@alinestaffing.com.#ALINE3
