Job Title : Business Analyst, AI Digital Products
Location : Franklin Lakes, NJ, or REMOTE
Rate : 50-55 / hr on w-2 (no C2C or third patry candidates please)
Position Summary :
The Analyst, AI Digital Products is responsible for supporting the development and delivery of custom AI products and SaaS AI solutions to meet the needs of both internal and external stakeholders. This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, defining product specifications, managing project timelines, supporting the product lifecycle from concept to launch, and evaluating product performance to ensure value realization.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, expertise in AI / automation technologies, experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure the successful implementation of AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Product Analysis & Development :
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of all AI offerings managed by TGS, providing tailored recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business partners to develop business cases for AI capabilities, recommending out-of-the-box solutions or shaping requirements for custom prototypes / products.
- Capture and prioritize customer requirements for AI products and SaaS solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Assist in creating product specifications and scopes, supporting the development process within an agile environment.
Project & Stakeholder Management :
Lead initial discovery and feasibility meetings with business stakeholders.Manage digital product roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables, working closely with the AI development team and external partners.Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to understand their processes and propose AI-enhanced solutions.AI Product Delivery :
Plan and execute product launches, ensuring high quality and value delivery.Support the creation of documentation and standards for new AI work types within the TGS operating system.Promote Responsible AI practices across the organization by engaging stakeholders during scoping and development discussions.Tools & Methodologies :
Use tools such as Planview, JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps to manage agile product development processes.Apply knowledge of AI / automation capabilities (e.g., Azure Cognitive Services, vector databases) to support solution implementation.Qualifications : Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience :
2 years of experience in analyzing and supporting AI / cognitive solutions.2 years of domain knowledge in AI / automation, including generative AI and AI / ML technologies.2 years of experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar platforms.2 years of experience managing business stakeholder relationships.Basic understanding of AI solution implementation capabilities (e.g., Azure Cognitive Services, Azure DevOps, vector databases).Skills :
Strong time management and prioritization abilities.Proficient in project and product management within Agile and Waterfall frameworks.Excellent collaboration and cross-functional communication skills.Strong written documentation, oral communication, and presentation skills.Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing requirements, and act in ambiguity while driving outcomes.Strategic mindset with strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Agile certification is a plus.
