Job Title :  Business Analyst 4

Location :  Lansing, MI (Hybrid – 2 days on-site)

Rate :  $50-55 / hr on W2 (No C2C)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced  Business Analyst 4  to join our team in supporting both project and work request needs. The role involves working on inflight projects to implement new IT solutions aimed at enhancing efficiencies and public services. This position will require strong facilitation and elicitation skills to develop strategies and gather requirements for various enhancements and projects. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between  Department  and project stakeholders, ensuring compliance with policies and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Facilitate  requirements elicitation meetings  and provide expert analysis for gap-fit assessments and requirements refinement.
• Act as the primary liaison between Department and project stakeholders.
• Attend and actively contribute to various project and BA team meetings.
• Prepare and document outcomes from stakeholder discussions in notes, specifications, and / or user stories.
• Assist in the operational activities of the  Business Analyst Team  and participate in work requests.
• Build relationships with Agency Partners, promote collaboration, and champion customer service excellence.
• Prepare  Functional and Technical Specifications  for reporting and data warehousing needs.
• Assist in deployment and management of end-user reporting tools and platforms.
• Conduct business process reengineering and recommend new applications of technology to business challenges.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to team members on implemented solutions.
