Overview : The Business Operations and Pricing Analyst will provide administrative support to the Sales team, manage sales contracts, and ensure compliance with pricing guidelines. They will handle pricing proposals, assist with data management, and maintain sales territory data in Salesforce. Additionally, they will generate reports on sales opportunities and collaborate with internal teams for contract and pricing-related matters, all while managing confidential information and ensuring accurate and efficient processes.

Business Operations and Pricing Analyst Compensation

The pay for this position is $31.50 per hour

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Business Operations and Pricing Analyst Highlights

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

The required availability for this position is M - F 9am - 6pm (preferably)

Onsite 1-2 days a week at a minimum, with remote work for the remainder of the days

Business Operations and Pricing Analyst Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to the Sales team

Manage sales contract administration, including contract requests and collaboration with Account Management and Finance teams for post-installation contracts

Prepare and distribute pricing proposals and contracts; ensure compliance with standard pricing and special programs (including buying groups)

Maintain and analyze sales territory and prospective target data, ensuring timely compliance with Salesforce.com CRM

Perform monthly pipeline reports in Salesforce for multiple opportunities

Assist with data management and data scrubbing tasks

Business Operations and Pricing Analyst Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 4 years of equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years of related experience (Sales, proposal and contract administration, and administrative support to remote sales teams)

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, with a high degree of overall computer literacy

Experience with Salesforce.com CRM, CPQ quoting, SAP, or similar systems

Ability to handle requests and inquiries with minimal direction

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; team player and results-oriented

Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary

Ability to manage confidential pricing information appropriately

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative

Business Operations and Pricing Analyst Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting remote sales teams is preferred
