Pay: $17/hr
Job Type: Part-Time (Less than 35 hours per week)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (with a mandatory 1-hour lunch break)
Location: Greater Cleveland Area
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone to resolve inquiries and verify information.
- Process client letters and manage documentation with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiently handle data entry tasks and manage information accurately.
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment to ensure smooth operations.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills while working virtually.
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions to achieve high satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Word, and Access).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to work independently, yet collaborate well with a team.
- Experience in data entry and managing client documentation.
- Must be able to communicate effectively over the phone with clients regarding verification questions.
- Time management skills to successfully work virtually (ability to track performance through client feedback).
Additional Details:
- This position requires a mandatory one-hour lunch break each day.
