Compliance Analyst I – Compliance COE Rotational Program Compensation
- The pay for this position is $32.00 – $35.00 per hour
- Hybrid Work Schedule: In-office required Tuesday – Thursday (RI preferred, AZ accepted)
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Compliance Analyst I – Compliance COE Rotational Program Highlights
- This is a contract assignment with the potential for permanent hire based on performance, attendance, and business needs.
- Hybrid work schedule allows for in-office work on Tuesdays through Thursdays, with the ability to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
Compliance Analyst I – Compliance COE Rotational Program Responsibilities
- Compliance Monitoring & Auditing: Assist with execution of monitoring activities for PBM Mail, Specialty Pharmacy, Omnicare, Coram, Healthspire, and new business lines.
- Regulatory Reporting: Support the State Reporting and APCD project activities to ensure timely submission of required reports.
- Rotational Program: Gain experience in multiple areas of the Compliance COE by rotating through different teams to support audit and reporting activities.
- Process Optimization: Contribute to efforts to standardize and modernize compliance processes across teams.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across various teams within the company.
- Data Analysis: Utilize tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI to analyze and interpret data for compliance purposes.
Compliance Analyst I – Compliance COE Rotational Program Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or 3 years of relevant experience in compliance, quality assurance, regulatory reporting, audit, or related field.
- Experience:
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience with tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI for data analysis.
- Familiarity with process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to proactively identify and respond to compliance issues and new requirements.
Compliance Analyst I – Compliance COE Rotational Program Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Experience: Experience in compliance, auditing, or regulatory reporting is preferred.
- Skillset: Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks and reporting requirements.
