Correctional RN Hours
- 5X8 hour shifts per week – includes every other weekend
- 2nd shift – 3pm-11pm
- The pay for this position is $52.00-60.00 an hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees.
- Mileage is reimbursed
- Evaluating offenders' health conditions, establishing nursing diagnoses, and referring them to practitioners when necessary.
- Providing prescribed medications and treatments, monitoring adherence, and assessing their effectiveness.
- Addressing urgent medical situations, including those occurring outside the medical department, by performing assessments and delivering emergency care.
- Educating both staff and offenders on health-related topics to promote wellness and prevent health issues.
- Maintaining departmental standards to meet inspection requirements and uphold healthcare quality within the facility.
- RN License in PA
