Account Manager – Digital Media
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Rate: $50/hr on W-2 (No C2C)
About the Role:
As an Account Manager within a fast-growing retail media network, you will be responsible for growing advertising partnerships by managing client relationships, coordinating campaign execution, and ensuring seamless project delivery.
This role requires a strong background in account management, project coordination, and problem-solving. You’ll work closely with internal teams—including Sales, Audience & Analytics, Creative, and Media—to drive successful media campaigns and deliver exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Client & Account Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for advertisers and their media agencies.
- Gather and analyze client campaign objectives, KPIs, and targeting parameters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners while ensuring seamless execution.
🔹 Project & Campaign Execution
- Oversee creative ad approvals, campaign launches, and media deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality campaign execution.
- Track progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
🔹 Problem-Solving & Communication
- Identify and address challenges, proactively providing solutions.
- Clearly articulate complex processes to both internal and external teams.
- Maintain effective cross-functional communication to align on goals and execution.
🔹 Process Optimization & Growth Mindset
- Help improve internal workflows for better efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Adapt to a dynamic and evolving environment, taking initiative where needed.
- Contribute to shaping a high-performing, client-focused media business.
Qualifications:
✅ 5 years of account management/client services experience in a digital marketing agency or a combination of agency and client-side roles.
✅ 3 years managing client relationships, with a strong ability to analyze problems and implement solutions.
✅ 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for simplifying complex processes.
✅ Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
✅ Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
