Job Title : Float PharmacistPay : $60-$65 an hr | Bi-weeklyJob Type : Need someone to cover multiple NY sitesFloat - Bronx, Brooklyn, Chelsea, City View, Jamaica - Queens, Manhattan, Melville, Northeast Region Clinical HubShift Options : Mon-Fri | 5 shifts a week | 8 : 30-7pFloat Pharmacist Overview : A Clinical Pharmacist contributes to AHF by expanding primary care functions of pharmacists at more than one site to provide individualized health promotion and disease prevention, including administration of vaccines, long-acting HIV treatments, diabetes monitoring, nicotine reduction programs and other subject matters, in collaboration with other AHF providers.A Clinical Pharmacist enhances the reputation of AHF by providing valuable contributions to more than one location by bringing “best practice” and collaborative ideas, as well as providing consistent application of processes, procedures and policy throughout the organization.You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives.To be successful as a Clinical Pharmacist it is crucial to ensure that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do.
