Job Summary:
We are seeking a Break Fix IT Technician to provide access-related support, and troubleshooting services. This role involves resolving technical account and connectivity issues, working with the Service Desk team, and documenting incidents for ongoing improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 IT Support
- Handle account creation, modifications, and terminations.
- Provide second-level support for access-related issues escalated by the Service Desk team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software failures efficiently.
🔹 Technical Issue Resolution & Documentation
- Identify, assess, and resolve semi-complex IT issues related to accounts and connectivity.
- Maintain detailed logs of incidents and requests to identify recurring problems.
- Escalate complex or unusual issues to the appropriate support teams.
🔹 Customer Service & Collaboration
- Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting users with IT-related concerns.
- Work collaboratively with Service Desk teams and other IT professionals.
Required Skills & Experience:
✅ 1 years of experience as a Field Technician, Break Fix Technician, or similar role.
✅ 1-3 years in Help Desk, Service Desk, or IT Support.
✅ Strong troubleshooting experience in a Windows 10 environment.
✅ Experience using ServiceNow ITSM tools.
✅ Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
✅ Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
➕ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field (or 1-2 years of vocational technical training).
